While I'll agree that the Pearl 'methodology' may not appeal to all (it is not our 'style' either) to suggest that this book contains encouragement for a husband to beat his wife & rape his children is horribly libelous and the fact that it comes from one professing CHRIST is troubling indeed.
I approach these writings the same way I approach everything else in my life - with caution and much prayer.
Heavy in Christian content.....may not appeal to those who prefer more mainstream reading.
