Perry returns with a lively memoir tracing her journey from "drunk, divorced, and covered with cat hair" to a self-reliant, hopeful, capable woman -- still not crazy about the fact that she is someday (soon) going to be 40, still amply supplied with cats, but resilient (mostly) and utterly capable of seeing the silliness in life around her -- from internet dating to bikini waxing to traveling solo.
