A scathing rebuke to a system dominated by charters, accountability, and bullying by foundations like Broad, Walton, and Gates. This book doesn't get everything right, but it gets enough right that if every American read this book, we could create reform worthy of the word and escape the dead end of inappropriate and unproven market based "reforms" we find ourselves in. Read it.
