I really enjoyed this book. It moved quickly and was easy to follow. It gave a different view of the Afghanistan situation and one we need to keep in mind. It's the story of a naive young woman who becomes a nurse to help the world's starving, devastated people. My nephew was killed there this past summer and it was reallly hard for me to start reading this...but I am glad that I did.
