This book has very helpful information about the body's sleep cycles and how to work with them to get good sleep at all stages of development. I read it when my child was between three and four months old and it was invaluable in helping me get her on a good sleep schedule, and I plan to keep using it as she grows, as the book has advice for infants through adolescence.
