Book Review of Heart of the Country

Heart of the Country

Faith is a country girl turned socialite who seems to have it all. When her husband is accused of a crime, she runs back home to visit her father and sister.

I thought the book was okay but the characters seemed flat. The story is mostly told from 3 viewpoints- Faith, her husband Luke and her sister Olivia. I had seen the movie, which I disliked, and the book is slightly better, but not a favorite. I like the author's other books but I'm not a fan of this one.
