The title, A Man's Desire, certainly describes this book; you'll read a lot about the hero's sexual appetite. It's a little different from the average historical; this time around Ethan arranges the marriage between Katie and his brother, Alexander. They marry, and although they love each other, it's not in "that way." So then Ethan proposes an "arrangement." I liked the sex, and particularly enjoyed the graphic group sexual activity, which include the hero's participation, that take place in a popular brothel. I don't think I've seen that before in a historical. I had a couple of complaints over the way the villain just dropped out the the story without an explanation that I could see and how Katie's marriage was resolved. Despite this, I thought the writing was good and the story was unique. 3.5 stars.
