Too often cops think they are above the law...that laws don't apply to them. This is the story of once such cop. He thought he could do whatever he wanted and have no consequences. He lied, threatened, manipulated..even committed murder and thought that if 'HE' did it...it was okay because he had the 'power' of his badge to exonerate him!!!

This book is well researched and written...another Kathryn Casey 'true crime' masterpiece.
