This is a wonderful light, turn of the century cozy series.....In this addition, Mrs. Chubb, housekeeper at the "Pennyfoot" is away during Christmas. She is temporarily replaced by a tyrant, whom everyone dislikes and who becomes a prime suspect when one of the guests at the hotel is poisoned.....reading this series is like visiting old friends... there is romance in the air...and maybe some wedding bells....
