Ronald Anthony's "The Forever Year" captured my attention from cover to cover, with an interesting story and well developed characters.
Family dynamics, sibling rivalry and selfishness contribute to a new and evolving relationship of an elderly father and his youngest son who is 50 years his junior. The Forever Year presents two tender love stories from different generations, one still developing and possibly headed for demise, and one an intense and vivid memory, which teaches a lesson of commitment and true love.
Bittersweet, and a pleasure to read.
