This is where it all begins.
Bella Swan moves to Forks where she falls in sync with all of the cool kids on her first day of school. There is the typical damsel in distress and school girl crushes complete with corny lines that should never be spoken aloud.
I've read Twilight dozens of times and have introduced Edward to all of my friends. I recommend going to Stephenie Meyer's website and reading Midnight Sun, written from Edward's point of view. Then, read Twilight again. It adds depth to the story and the supporting characters.
A light, easy read.
