Corey Haraden, aka the Cardinal has always been sucessfull in business and love. Enter Corrinne, she isn't like the women he usually dates, but she intrigues him. He offers her a job she can't refuse...to tempt her. Cardinal rules are make to me broken, especially with a woman like Cori...Rule 1 Never get involved. Rule 2 Never resist temptation. Rule 3 Rues are meant to be broken. Nice change of pace from my usually suspense/mystery favs. I like Delinsky's books and think you might also.
