This book is about a family of four; a father, mother and two teenage daughters. Each one of them trying to find themselves. The mom is in love with her husband so much it's disgusting. She doesn't even notice her daughters are dieing inside. Her husband Harry can't stand her and is seeking out a prostitute who he thinks he is in love with. Then there is Vivan the oldest daughter who has always been the "good one" until she decides theres more to life then good grades and studying...she changes her apperance and tries desparetly to fit in, by doing some rather risque things. The younger sister Lilliana is a nympho who likes to cut herself. This book shows you what happens when your family stops caring and starts falling apart.
