This is a short, easy-to-read book that the author uses to explain his understanding of what the Bible says about heaven. He has written 3 novels that offer depcitions of heaven, and in this book he explains why he thinks those descriptions are accurate based on various Scripture references. There are about 10 or so chapters, all short and easy to digest.

He stresses that no one can fully comprehend what heaven is like. But God has given us enough information, and our imaginations, for us to know that heaven is something incomparably wonderful that God wants us to hope for and live for now.

For a more thorough and scholarly treatise, he also wrote a book titled "Heaven."
