This is the first full length book I have read by Nash. I've only read a short story by her before this and I am split on whether I liked the book or not. WARNING: SPOILER ALERTS.
Nash's writing style is really good since she kept me reading even though I have always hated the "miscommunication ploy." No one really tells the whole truth so all the characters dumb actions are based on assumptions. Also Quinn's fear of intimacy and Georgiana's low self-image kind of got old.
It was hard to like Quinn since he had sex with Georgiana but was going to pursue her best friend in a marriage of convenience. Major yuck factor and if he was a real gentleman he would find another girl elsewhere and not ruin a friendship. No matter how "cordial" the girls act towards each other, they will never be as close again. They might never even want to be around each other again.
But again, I kept reading it and wasn't bored by any means. So I would give the book three stars and will most likely try another one of her books before I decide if she is a worthwhile author to read.
