This is not a book but a kit of materials used to follow Dr. Atkins' weight loss program. It includes 100 recipe cards, a fold-out guide, a wallet-sized dining card, a CD on Staying Motivated, the 160 page book 'Atkins Eating For Life" and a 'staying on track" card deck. It's brand new and in a carrying box.
