EXCELLENT BOOK FOR ALL NEW PARENTS AND PARENTS OF NEW BABIES!!! I highly recommend this book over any other baby book about getting your baby to sleep! What I love about this book is it is a guided tour through childhood sleep habits. There are specific sections raning from newborns to teenagers. The key point is getting your baby/child to bed earlier so he/she can sleep later and therefore receive more restorative sleep. I only wish I had found this book when I brought my baby home from the hospital!
