Not as good as My Sister's Keeper. The story itself is interesting, but the characters are not as complete and the ending isn't as satisfying. Perhaps a bit formulaic. However, My Sister's Keeper was so good that maybe my expectations were unreasonable. It's a good book, but not a great one.
