Molly,an aspiring young woman just out of college, works towards her dream job, a chef. She begins learning at
a bistro in Boston, then is hit by a car while running.
With Molly's multiple injuries, including the sense of smell, Molly has to postpone her dream of attending a famous culinary.
Through sense therapy, Molly explores the science of learning to smell again. She meets an expert in the art of olfaction & pheromones,a writer, a scientist, and a perfumer along the way. Molly also eats at a well-known restaurant to begin learning her sense of smell, as well.
Later she enrolls in a perfume school in Provence.
Molly's personal story will give the reader surprising facts about our senses with descriptive smells as Molly
learns to smell from scratch. A great, enjoyable read.
