The title of this book sums up what this book is about. I enjoyed learning about what the nightlife was like in NYC and Miami, whether you were working it or a patron.
There are a lot of good stories in this book. My favorite references Elvis Presley beginning on page 217 via a patron at Cami's Miami restaurant. Elvis is NOT connected to the Mob, but he does have a unique connection to some players from the undefeated Miami Dolphins Super Bowl team.
The bibligraphy contained in this book is a good reference if you want to read more on this era. Also,it contains an extensive index that makes it easy to find people that are mentioned throughout the book.
