This is a story about an earth woman pulled through time to meet the "challenge". As the back of the book says, it starts with her trainer trying to use sexual frustration to bring on her psi powers.

Luckily the book moves past that into the story of their romance, his world, and more adventure than sex.

It was not the best written book out there (see Nanili Singh for that) but I still couldn't put it down. I'll be ordering the next book in the series.

There are domination overtones in the sex scenes.
