A very slim book (almost a booklet). 52 pages, with recipes from the Apaches, Pima, Papago, Pueblo and Navajo. No photos (wonderful drawings though!) Unusual traditional recipes for dishes like "Navajo Kneel Down Bread" and corn with squash blossoms. Very interesting and unusual!
