Demons are forever
When I am feeling swamped due to the to do list of chores I pull out a Demon book by Julie Kenner. Kate is a model mother of two, Timmy an active toddler and Allie a teen. She is a wife to Stuart, currently running for San Diablo County Attorney, and some how manages to work as a Level Four Demon Hunter for Forza Scura, volunteer at her church and PTA Mom. Her life makes my pile of stuff seem less dreadful and less life threatening.
The third book in the series Demons are forever, continues the story from California Demons. It deals with Allies kidnapping, and Kates first love/husband returning from the dead in the body of one of Allies teachers. To make matters more difficult now that Allie knows the truth of her mothers demon hunting she wants to help, and learn.
All of the books are good quick read.
