I wasn't sure about this book. It is set in Barrayar during the lead-up to the Emperor's wedding which I thought would contain a lot of politicking among the Council of Counts which had the potential to be boring. Boy, was I surprised. I stayed up practically all night to finishing it, giggling all the way. What great fun. Between Miles' and Ekaterin's romance and Mark's new business venture plus a lot of really crazy Barrayans it was pure chaos. Miles sorts it out all in the end, of course. Highly recommended. Gregor did managed even get married.
