I only looked at this book (obtained it from a branch library sale shelf to help out a PBS comrade that is wishing for it) for a few minutes but it seems exhaustive. It is closely written, printed on heavy stock, and the author shares many samples of what is being discussed. It did see a bit of circulation although here the demand is for lower elementary grade books, videos, computer time, and Japanese-style illustrated novels.
