Very interesting read about an orphan girl whose adventures after the death of her parents takes her from England to France. She becomes Marie Antionette's dollmaker during the harrowing time of the French Revolution and barely escapes the guillotine herself! What a wonderful story, full of history and characters you'll love and hate.
