I received a copy of this one from NetGalley to review and it is amazing. There are over 30 recipes for preserving my garden's products which I must make and many more that are just amazingly creative or something I will want to make for a gift. The book is broken up by type of preserve for simple searching. These range from basics such as raspberry jam, to some classics that haven't been seen in a while like fruit cheese. Also of note are new takes on conventional preserves such as the Mediterranean variation on piccalilli. The introduction also contains valuable information on troubleshooting and preserving safety. I can't wait for my tomatoes and peppers to start coming in so I can give these recipes a try.
