This book was good in that it pulled me in right away & I liked the plot set up. It was a good ending too, & I like the author's flippent writting style.
BUT,it was full of a lot of anger & bitterness. Just about every charicter introduced was tough as nails w/a chip on his sholder & wants to tear someone's guts out. I like to laugh & there wasn't enough humor in it. Angry charicters are good & a needed story element, but I felt this book had too much of that & it gave it an unbalanced feeling.
Some of the jumps in the story plot felt akward. There were things as a reader I was told about that I would have liked to have "been there" and experianced and known more details of.
There are so many different factions & catagries of people,& so many different chariters. There were introductions of new people through out most of the book. It gave it a cluttered feeling. I feel a good writer could do more w/less.
It also had a few typos. Page 153 ia one example. Fang is called Fury.
These different things sometimes made reading it anoying & I plowed through it as fast as I could rather than savoring & enjoying it.
