One of the best westerns I've ever read, it was so good it was made into a John Wayne movie with the same title. The book is about two main characters, Mart and Amos, journey to find a girl, Debbie, stolen from their family by the Comanches in Texas. It has love, involves the Texas Rangers, Cavalry, and the lure of finding a this girl.
