This book picks up pretty much right where _Fire Study_ left off, and while Yelena does make a cameo appearance, the focal point of the book is Opal. At first, I missed the adventures of Yelena, but Opal's story was just as fun! I really enjoyed this book! There was something oddly familiar about it, and while it was maybe not as fresh as _Poison Study_, it was still a lot of fun. Really, my only complaint is that I have to wait until September for the next part of the story!
