The problem with this book is that it's based on the idea that humans evolved blood groupings as they migrated, and the blood grouping reflects what that group was designed to eat / digest best. The problem is 1) the A B O set of blood groups is only one of *I think* 20 odd blood groupings that are evidently irrelevant to the author as he doesn't mention them (which makes no sense -- if A B O divides are relevant, how to explain the others) and 2) various other primates have the same A B O blood groupings that humans do, and they didn't migrate anywhere.
