Julia Gilliland has a passion for fossils. If she can prove the floods existence and write a paper or book, the whole world will know of Gods creation. While out exploring a cave, she is sabotaged and left for dead.
Rafe Kincaid hears her screams and swoops in to her rescue. But the story doesnt end here, no, it only begins. Rafe delivers Julia home to her family only to find them in dire straights and being the honorable man that he is, well, he cant just leave them there. His brother Ethan is along for the ride.
The events that transpire from here are an avalanche of disaster and catastrophes, all the while Julia and Rafe are not quite seeing eye to eye. Each one is battling for control of their families and the situation.
My rating: 4 Stars
Mary Connealy dishes up another hysterical romantic mystery. Only with Connealy can you use those 3 words in the same sentence. I laughed out loud at some of the antics her characters pulled. As with most of her books, her heroines are strong. Fighting to be their own women no matter the cost.
If youre in the mood for something fun with a little mystery thrown into the mix, try this book. :)
