Barney, Sam's grandfather, is in trouble. He is being blamed for a "hit" on a magician spoiler. Barney realizes that the hit man could have been hired by someone in his Triple M magic club and it might be one of his good friends. There are lots of other little stories going on but they all tidy up at the end. The ending was somewhat surprising with a neat little twist.

This was a very enjoyable book. The characters were believable and lots of fun. I will definitely check out more books by this author.
