I thought this book was absolutely fascinating! Maybe it could have be a little more concise, but I think about the mind and brain very differently now than I did before I read it. And as someone who is learning to play the cello in my sixties, it gave me hope that I can keep getting better and better at this new skill. Furthermore, the author's discussion of quantum theory helped me understand it better than any physicist's explanation I've ever read.
I'm not totally convinced of all his conclusions, but it was well worth the time and effort.
