Book Review of A Fragile Circle: A Memoir

A Fragile Circle: A Memoir
reviewed on

Chronicling the AIDS pandemic primarily in its New York City epicenter, Senak recounts his experience as an attorney with GMHC and his lost love and friends to the disease over the period of ten years from 1981 to 1991. He concludes his memoir with his re-location to Los Angeles as an APLA staff member.

I concur with one reviewer's comment: "A can't-put-it-down memoir that's full of heart, humor, and hope." And I would add: "pathos."
