If you are a pet lover who has, has had or anticipate having a pet you will enjoy this book.
People that love their pets do so with no reservations. There is often a bond so strong that no matter how "bad" your pet is or how much trouble and havoc they create you cannot abandon you love for this pet.
Marley was such a dog. He just wanted to "be a dog" and not an obedient one at that.
A very emotional read, you cannot help but to love this dog.
