I had no idea of the diversity of these insects. We have all had them in flour or rice, but it was surprising to hear they eat strawberry and raspberry roots. I was relieved that the author did not encourage keeping a weevil as a pet. They are pests that cause untold millions of dollars in ruined goods each year. The photos in this book are spectacular.
