A very tender, and sometimes heartbreaking, story of a woman who falls into a not easily accepted love affair after her husband dies. This is a rollercoaster of her torn between fighting it and starving for it. Her dealing with outsiders' reactions and struggling to accept it herself. It may seem like something we've all seen before; a widow feeling as if she has no right to love again; but this goes far beyond that. I was so captured with the characters stories that I read it in two days.
