It has testimonials from people that this way of eating has worked.Its basic principle is watching what you eat with what.It has some interesting looking recipes that I am copying to try.Teaches you to use suger substitutes.C arbs are ok if you put the right things with them.You can even have deserts.This diet would be great for a dibetic.
