The third installment in the OPUS series.
So this is Lila Moreau's tale? The uberspy, kick-ass, take no prisoners, unstoppable, most dangerous woman in the world. A tale of highly intelligent, kick-ass, take no prisoners, unstoppable, most dangerous woman prowess, right? Wrong.
And what happened to Sorcerer? His band of merry men (new consorts to help him try to take over the world) are an assortment of frat boys with less life skills than a 3-year old. So a female member of this team catches his eye, does he then have to turn into the biggest wimp ever. Now I'm no basher of love but what happened to this guy?
And Lila. Oh Lila. A techie handcuffs her in the first few pages and it is downhill from there from this woman. Not downhill in the love scheme of things but as a spy, give it up!!!!!
I was so disappointed in this book as I loved the two other books. Whether this had more time in the making and not much story thought on the author's part, not sure. But not worth the anticipation.
