This book got rave reviews, but I fail to see why Sherry Thomas is so highly reviewed. I HATED Private Arrangements because the book jumped around so much in time with flashbacks it was hard to keep the plot straight. This book also had a lot of flashbacks, but they were easy to follow. She seems to be stuck on this plot of the estranged husband and wife reconciling. I liked NQAH better than her others, but it still had its problems. While the book had A LOT of sex in it, I thought most of the love scenes were lacking in steam. I also thought the book overall lacking in sexual tension. The heroine was distressingly cold and distant as well as difficult to like. It held my attention, but I didn't feel we got to know the characters well enough. Overall, however, I give it a "B-" rating since it was much more enjoyable than her other books.
