This is a great collection of essays on that wonderful show Firefly. I suppose only rabid fans would appreciate it, but this makes me want to watch it all over again and suffer once more over the fact that one of the best creations for television was cruelly cancelled (damn Fox to hell). My favorite was the first one by Larry Dixon, but there were I think 3 others that I thought were way off base, which I did not agree with at all, which is the reason I only give this book 3 stars. Fans will definitely enjoy the piece on Chinese phrases, those with a musical bent will certainly appreciate the in-depth analysis of the score, and I particularly liked the one on Zoe as well as the one the marriage of Zoe and Wash. It's a fun celebration of a great piece of work that lived too short a life.
