Great read, collection of 11 short stories. Excellently composed. They are lean and tough tales of living the rural life. Some are of the rites of nature, revenge, malice, greed, passion--all are compelling reads. This was a refreshing group of short stories that left me enlightened on human nature and loving the cost we all pay to live the way we choose--good or bad.
