It is a picture book for adults, written and published by the _Wall Street Journal_. It explains how these systems works: the functions of the Treasury Department, the Federal Reserve Banks, your bank and how they interact with each other. It also explains how checks, credit, and cash work, how they affect the systems differently, and why that matters. Very timely reading--
