This is a world where some people just cannot know what it's like. I can't know what it's like, so I appreciate June Cross's vulnerability about her life growing up. As a reporter, her style is easy to read and has great flow.
I got caught up just a bit sometimes on the names of family members and people in her life -- but it's a small price to pay for being lucky enough to read this eloquent story about her life.
