I like dog books and yes, I pick one up every once in awhile to read. The concept for this one is unique - a dog that comes back as a ghost? OK, I accept it and it was an okay read. There were parts that were pretty hokey where the author got carried away with making dog phrases and I thought the grieving length was overdone. However, once you get into it there some rather funny parts. I found myself laughing at the antics of the ghost and the stupidity of the owner. How could anyone be so clueless? So is you are looking for a book with a unique twist check this one out. It's a quick read, too.
