Another fast-paced thriller from Patterson and company. This is the third in the Michael Bennett series about a New York cop with ten children. I have enjoyed this series and think the novels are on a par with Alex Cross. This one was about a disturbed left-wing former protester from the 60s who is out to make the world a better place. While his intentions are good, his methods are pretty bleak including the kidnapping, torture, and killing of some young adult children of the rich. This was reminiscent of some early Cross novels. Overall, a mild recommendation for this one.
