Well, I enjoyed this book. Hey, it's got Elvis. What's not to like?
But, as far being Christian fiction (which is how it's classified)I didn't get much out of it. The story is more about a woman dealing with the loss of her parents and, more recently, her husband. She seems to have lost her faith (or maybe never had real faith to begin with?)and it takes a road trip with a giant bust of Elvis to get her back on the right track.
In my opinion, there was very little that really dealt with Christianity or faith. However, even though it wasn't "deep", it was a fun and enjoyable story. How can you go wrong with Elvis? :)
