This is a wonderful book! It is full of ideas on how to "think outside the box" and teach subjects with novel approaches. This book saved my sanity during my second year of HSing my ADD, disgraphic, possibly Asperger Syndrome child. (Unfortunately, I lent it out the next year...)
She constantly reminds us to look for the gift in this child, and to consider all the wonderful ways that God can use the very traits that may be SO frustrating to them, and us, right now.
Carol is an awesome speaker and has wonderful ideas on her website SizzleBop.com. Don't miss the story of how that name came to be, and join her email list!
