I am writing this in response to a highly misleading comment made by a previous reviewer. The reviewer said that 'the recipes [in this book are] more for traditional Spanish Tapas, like tripe, octopus, liver'. While these ingredients are incorporated in some of the hundreds of recipes found here, they are far from predominant. These recipes include just about every type of meat, seafood, vegetable, fruit, nut, & cheese imaginable. There is something for almost any palate. Unusual-to-American ingredients are a distinct minority.
